Asset Transfer & Liability Release Agreement

This Agreement is entered between:

Wagxperts
and
[Client Name]

1. Transfer Request

Client formally requests transfer of:

• Domain(s): ____________________

• Hosting Account

• Email Accounts

• SSL Certificates

• DNS Records

• Other related digital assets

2. Payment Confirmation

Client confirms:

• All outstanding invoices are cleared.

• Migration & Handover Fee  is approved.

• No refund claims will be made for unused service period.

3. Liability Release

Client acknowledges:

• Wagxperts is not responsible for service interruptions after transfer.

• Wagxperts is not liable for email/data loss post-transfer.

• DNS propagation delays are beyond Wagxperts control.

• Future hosting/server issues are not Wagxperts’ responsibility.

Client releases Wagxperts from any claims arising after transfer completion.

4. Data Verification

Client agrees to verify all data within 7 days of transfer completion.

Failure to report issues within 7 days voids any claim.

5. Termination of Support

Upon completion:

• All support obligations cease.

• Access to Wagxperts reseller systems is revoked.
