This policy governs the transfer of domains, hosting, email services, SSL certificates, DNS configurations, and other digital infrastructure managed by Wagxperts on behalf of clients.
As a reseller and infrastructure manager, Wagxperts maintains administrative and operational control over services until a formal transfer process is completed.
2. Transfer Request Requirements
Clients requesting transfer of assets must:
Submit a formal written request via official registered email.
Clear all outstanding invoices and dues.
Fulfill any pending renewal obligations.
Sign Wagxperts’ Asset Transfer & Liability Release Agreement.
No transfer will be initiated without full settlement of outstanding balances.
3. Renewal & Transfer Timing
If a renewal date is approaching:
Wagxperts may require renewal to be completed before transfer to ensure service continuity.
Transfers requested within close proximity to expiration dates may be declined due to operational risk.
Wagxperts is not responsible for service disruption resulting from transfer requests made near expiry.
No prorated refunds will be issued for remaining service periods after renewal.
4. Migration & Transfer Fees
Asset transfer and migration is a technical service and may include:
Full system and database backups
Email export and validation
DNS documentation and reconfiguration
Domain unlock and EPP authorization
SSL reinstallation guidance
Server-to-server migration coordination
Technical consultation with new infrastructure providers
Wagxperts reserves the right to charge a Migration & Handover Fee based on:
Technical complexity
Number of domains and email accounts
Data size and server structure
Engineering time allocation
Urgency of request
Migration fees are determined on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated in writing prior to initiation.
5. Responsibility After Transfer
Upon completion of transfer:
Wagxperts shall not be responsible for hosting uptime.
Wagxperts shall not be liable for email delivery issues.
Wagxperts shall not be responsible for DNS propagation delays.
Wagxperts shall not be liable for data loss occurring after transfer confirmation.
All technical support obligations cease unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Data Retention
After transfer completion:
Wagxperts may retain backups for a limited period (7–14 days).
Backups may be permanently deleted thereafter.
Clients are responsible for verifying data integrity during the verification window.
7. Non-Refundable Services
All annual renewals, prepaid hosting, domain registrations, SSL certificates, and related infrastructure services are non-refundable once processed.
