This policy governs the transfer of domains, hosting, email services, SSL certificates, and other digital infrastructure managed by Wagxperts on behalf of clients.
As a reseller and infrastructure manager, Wagxperts maintains operational control over services until formally transferred.
2. Transfer Request Requirements
Clients requesting transfer of assets must:
Submit a written transfer request via official email.
Clear all outstanding invoices and dues.
Complete any pending renewal obligations.
Sign Wagxperts Asset Transfer & Liability Release Agreement.
No transfer will be initiated without full settlement of outstanding balances.
3. Renewal & Transfer Timing
If a renewal date is approaching:
Wagxperts may require renewal to be completed before transfer to ensure service continuity.
Transfers requested close to expiration may be declined to prevent operational risk.
No prorated refunds will be issued for remaining service periods after renewal.
4. Migration & Transfer Fees
Asset transfer and migration is a technical service and may include:
Full data backup generation
Email export and migration
DNS reconfiguration
Domain unlock and EPP generation
SSL reinstallation guidance
Server-to-server transfer assistance
Wagxperts reserves the right to charge a Migration & Handover Fee based on project complexity.
5. Responsibility After Transfer
Once transfer is completed:
Wagxperts is no longer responsible for hosting uptime.
Wagxperts is not liable for email delivery issues.
Wagxperts is not responsible for DNS propagation delays.
Wagxperts is not liable for data loss occurring after transfer.
Ongoing technical support ends immediately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Data Retention
After transfer completion:
Wagxperts may permanently delete backups after 7–14 days.
Clients are responsible for verifying successful migration.
7. No Refund Policy
Annual renewals and prepaid services are non-refundable once processed.
